Kneaded dough is automatically arranged and supplied to the shaping device.
After shaping, any wrap off-cuts are returned to the TS-N device, and are mixed in to form new noodles.
It incorporates a rolling device to enable gyoza shaping, unlike conventional machines. Wrap off-cuts remaining after gyoza shaping are mixed in to form delicious new noodles, reducing waste through reuse.
